Plus IPO seeks $3.3bn valuation

Blackrock is participating in the IPO.

Last week Lyft sold its self-driving unit to a Toyota subsidiary for $550 million and last December Uber sold its self-driving unit to Aurora at a valuation of $4 billion.

In February Plus raised a $200 million funding round.

The SPAC involved is called Hennessy Capital Investment which raised $345 million when it had a public offer in January.

Plus has an autonomous driving system called PlusDrive which can be installed in trucks during the manufacturing process or fitted to trucks after production.
