The electrical system is composed of a control system and an acquisition system. The control system mainly adopts PCL-720+ digital I/O card and PCI-1721 analog output card, and the acquisition system adopts PCI-1747U data acquisition card.
The PCI-1721 analog output card provides a high-speed PCI bus card with 4 analog output channels. It has a 5MHz* digital update rate and automatic calibration function. Each analog output channel has a 12-bit double-buffer DAC with internal/ Real-time waveform output function of external trigger, with flexible input type and range setting, etc.
The analog output signal provided by the PCI-1721 analog output card is used to control the stepper motor, and then the pedal force is controlled through the reducer. The panel is equipped with corresponding display instruments and control switches. The PCL-720+ digital I/O card controls the opening and closing of the solenoid valve and the control of other protection units. At the same time, the PCI-1721 analog output card is also used to control the size of the solenoid proportional valve and control the pressure applied by the test sample. size.
The acquisition system mainly uses the analog input signal provided by the PCI-1747U data acquisition card to collect the values of displacement sensors, angle sensors, force sensors, and pressure sensors.
